Notice Print Options

Print Copy For
(Only applicable if your System Administrator has allowed for personal print options)
Policy Terminator automatically generates all required notices. To print an additional set of notice copies for non-required parties, select the check box next to applicable party. If a user does not have copy and CC List option rights, the above boxes appear, but all check boxes are disabled. The notice will generate using the system defaults.

Note: The Producer's copy is always generated in history. ODEN^® recommends that a copy of the notice always be sent to the producer.

Include CC List with Copy
When selecting to print non-required notice copies Policy Terminator^® prints an exact duplicate of the Named Insured copy. To print a copy of the Named Insured's notice with a CC list of all additional interests select the check box next to the applicable party(s).

Print Actions
Suspend Printing - The generated notice is placed into history for printing at a later date. To print a single notice from history see the Notice History section of help. See Batch Printing for printing groupings of notices. This option is available only when notice history is stored.

Print to Local Portable Document Format(PDF) File - The generated notice is delivered to the browser as a portable document format(PDF) document. This can be changed by clicking on another option.

Print to Server - The generated notice is printed on the server's default printer that is setup by that company. This option is available and visible for intranet customers only. For more information see the "Allow Server Printing" section on the System Settings Help page.

Menu Options
Preview - Allows viewing of the notice before printing.

Note: If using notice counters, previewing a notice does not decrement the counter.

Generate - Creates notices, prints according to user print specifications, and stores in History.
