Web Based PT Quick Start Tutorial - A quick and easy instruction guide enabling an operator to produce a notice.

Release Notes - Release notes are added with each update of Policy Terminator. They are broken out by Rule Releases (something changed in the rules or regulations that govern the notice) or application release (something changed or enhanced in the program.)
