Insurance Carrier
The Insurance Carrier
section of the Policy Information page contains the following fields:
Carrier - ODEN, a West business® preloads the Insurance Carriers in
Policy Terminator® for your use. The Insurance Carriers
included are those Carriers for whom, by contractual agreement with ODEN®,
one may issue a notice. If you need a Carrier added, please contact your
System
Administrator.
Branch - This field
contains the identifier that has been assigned by your System Administrator.
The list of branches may be added to or edited by
your System Administrator or any other user with Data
Setup-Branch rights. The Branch maintenance page can be accessed through
the Utilities menu or by clicking on the folder icon
next to the Branch field on the Policy Information page. The folder icon
is visible only in Edit Mode.
Address Line 1 - This field contains the first line of the mailing street address for the branch and automatically prefills upon selecting a branch.
Address Line 2 - This field is a continuation of Address Line 2 if needed.
City - This field
contains the mailing city of the branch. This automatically prefills upon
selecting a branch.
City/Postal Code - This
field is visible only if the International option is selected as the address
type and contains the mailing city/postal code of the branch. This field
automatically prefills upon selecting a branch that contains an International
address.
Country - This
field is visible only if the International option is selected as the address
type and contains the country of the branch. This automatically prefills
upon selecting a branch that contains an International address.
State - This field is only applicable for a Domestic US address and contains the mailing state of the branch. This automatically prefills upon selecting a branch.
Zip Code - This field is only applicable for a Domestic US address and contains the mailing zip code of the branch. This automatically prefills upon selecting a branch.
Address Type - This
field displays the mailing address type selected and automatically prefills
when selecting a branch.
Many features are controlled by user rights. If
a feature does not appear as described in Help, the rights may not be
set up to use that feature. Please contact your System Administrator.
