First Named Insured
The First Named Insured section of the Policy Information page contains the following fields:

Miscellaneous Line - The information in this field can be the policy number, the account number of the Insured, or any other information that identifies the Named Insured. It has a maximum length of 50 characters. The information in the Miscellaneous Line prints on all copies of a notice above the addressee section and is viewed through window envelopes. If the U.S. Postal Service returns a notice as undeliverable, the returned envelope may remain unopened and filed using the reference number in the Miscellaneous Line.

Name Line 1 - This field contains the name of the policyholder or applicant and has the maximum length of 37 characters.

Name Line 2 - This field is a continuation of Name Line 1 if needed and has a maximum length of 37 characters.

Address Line 1 - This field contains the first line of the mailing address for the policyholder or applicant and has a maximum length of 37 characters.

Address Line 2 - This field is a continuation of Address Line 1 if needed and has a maximum length of 37 characters.

City - This field contains the mailing city of the policyholder or applicant.

City/Postal Code - This field is visible only if the International option is selected as the address type and contains the mailing city/postal code of the policyholder or applicant.

Country - This field is visible only if the International option is selected as the address type and contains the mailing country of the policyholder or applicant.

State - This field is only applicable for a Domestic US address and contains the mailing state of the policyholder or applicant.

Zip Code - This field is only applicable for a Domestic US address and contains the mailing zip code of the policyholder or applicant.

Address Type - This field displays the selected mailing address type. To choose an address type, click on either the Domestic US or the International selection in the Address Type field. The default selection is set to Domestic US. This selection is visible only in Edit Mode.
